Daily Sales

Hey friends! I'm disappointing myself and not writing the big post I had planned, such a bummer. I had major dental work done today and holy smokes it hurts!! I've been moping around on the couch watching Addams Family movies for the last few hours, it will come tomorrow. Promise! 

Daily sales from yesterday where still strong. I sold 10 items for $150. 

My highest sold was a plus size Lands End cashmere cardigan. I usually never buy Lands End but this has two things going for it, cashmere & plus size. I'll buy almost anything stylish no matter the brand in either of those catigories. 

I had a couple customer issues that I wanted to share. First someone messaged me that an item I sold as EUC was not on excellent condition in her eyes. It was $12, I immediately gave her a refund and she immediately gave me positive feedback. If I ever have a customer who's upset with an item under $20 I generally just refund them and move on. Maybe I'm getting scammed but that's on them, my job is to give good customer service. I buy my items for so little money that I don't mind doing this. 

Secondly, I had a global shipping sale last night. I woke up to an email asking me to combine shipping with another item that I had excepted an offer on from her (still unpaid) she wanted me to combine shipping before she pays. Turns out eBay doesn't allow this. I could cancel both sales and make an entire new listing but honestly I'm not comfortable doing that. Again, this is a situation that everyone has to handle differently. I'll let you know how it turns out!
